The Parrot Modified Immediately… However Not for the Purpose You Assume
A younger man named John obtained a parrot as a present. The parrot had a foul perspective and a fair worse vocabulary. Each phrase out of the fowl’s mouth was impolite, obnoxious and laced with profanity.
John tried and tried to alter the fowl’s perspective by persistently saying solely well mannered phrases, enjoying delicate music and anything he might consider to ‘clear up’ the fowl’s vocabulary.
Lastly, John was fed up and he yelled on the parrot. The parrot yelled again. John shook the parrot and the parrot acquired angrier and much more impolite. John, in desperation, threw up his hand, grabbed the fowl and put him within the freezer.
For a couple of minutes the parrot squawked and kicked and screamed. Then out of the blue there was complete quiet. Not a peep was heard for over a minute. Fearing that he’d harm the parrot, John shortly opened the door to the freezer. The parrot calmly stepped out onto John’s outstretched arms and mentioned “I consider I’ll have offended you with my impolite language and actions. I’m sincerely remorseful for my inappropriate transgressions and I totally intend to do every thing I can to right my impolite and unforgivable conduct.”
John was surprised on the change within the fowl’s perspective. As he was about to ask the parrot what had made such a dramatic change in his conduct, the fowl spoke-up, very softly, “Might I ask what the turkey did?”
